Administrative Simplification

With an eye to streamlining and transparency of administrative activities, the Regional Administration for the Territory Government of Regione Campania has adopted several simplification and advertisement measures for the adoption of the acts in the field of city planning, as provided for by article 1 of the Regional Law n. 1/2008.

These measures, adopted by the Managerial Decree n. 164/ 2008, deal with the contents and modalities of application, application forms and prescribed forms to fill in by applicants, and the documents to submit for a quick completion of some fundamental administrative activities, such as:

• formal complaint of unlawful building (attachments 1 and 1 bis);
• request of cancellation of construction permit (attachments 2 and 2 bis);
• request of refund for the out-of-court settlement increase (attachments 3 and 3 bis);
• variants to the Manufacturing Programme for the realisation of public works or of public utility (attachment 4);
• city planning variants for productive settlements (attachment 5);
• seal of conformity of general city planning instruments and their variants (attachment 6);
• request of replacement actions in the field of city planning disposed by the TAR (Regional Administrative Court) (attachment 7).
