Establishment and Management of Pharmacies

Tasks and functions of the Sector for the establishment and management of pharmacies include:

• Management and Application concerning the establishment and management of pharmacies in Campania;
• Legal disputes Pharmacies – Cosmetics;
• Management of procedures concerning the revision of personnel plan, pre-emptions and the Consolidated Regional Pharmaceutical Competition – Monitoring Centre of the supervision of pharmacies, and related activities – Monitoring Centre on the measures adopted by STAP (Administrative Technical and Provincial Sectors);
• Management of procedures concerning cosmetics and cosmetic surveillance –Activities concerning possible sector-related legal disputes and Council and Parliamentary points of order – Operational contribution for activities related to the consolidated regional pharmaceutical competition – Monitoring of concerned judgments, about issues under the responsibility of the Service for alternative Medicine.
