Confiscated Goods: ‘Facciamo un pacco alla camorra'

"It is necessary to make it so that a confiscated good becomes a common good, that is an economic, environmental and cultural resource given back to community”, said the Regional Minister of Culture Caterina Miraglia, attending the launch of “Facciamo un pacco alla camorra’ and of the baskets of “Il Natale di Libera’, Christmas presents sponsored by the consortium Nuova Cooperazione Organizzata, by the Committee don Peppe Diana and by the association Libera, with the support of Fondazione Polis of Regione Campania.

The baskets are realised with products of the lands confiscated from mafias. “Camorra is a cultural problem, and this is why it is fundamental to create an appropriate social consciousness starting from schools”, the Regional Minister concluded.
