Accommodation Facilities and Tourist Infrastructure

The Sector 02, for Accommodation Facilities and Tourist Infrastructure deals with:

• Management of the Operational Objective 1.11 “Destination Campania” of the Regional Operational Programme Campania for the period 2007-2013;
• Management of the inter-regional Projects in compliance with the Law no. 135 of 2001;
• Management of the Projects resulting from measures under paragraphs 1227 and 1228 of the Law no. 296 of 2006;
• Management and Monitoring of the Framework Institutional Understanding of the II Additional Protocol of the Framework Programme Agreement “Local Development” PIT (Territorial Integrated Projects) for Spa sector (Resolution of the CIPE (Inter-ministerial Committee for the Economic Planning) no. 17/2003);
• Settlement of financial interests under regional responsibility for cut-rate loans, granted in compliance with the Regional Law no. 40 of 1984;
• Revision and Maintenance of laws concerning hotel, non-hotel and outdoor accommodations;
• Drafting and revision of the B&B Regional List;
• Lifting of hotel constraints in compliance with the Regional Law no. 16 of 2000;
• Relations with the Consolidated Offices for Businesses (Suap), Municipalities, Organisations and Businesses concerning simplification of procedures to start up and manage accommodation facilities;
• Management of clearance procedures concerning accommodation facilities, in compliance with the Law no. 219 of 1981 and of the Law no. 556 of 1988.
