Action Plan for Campania al Lavoro

The Action Plan for “Campania al Lavoro!”, approved by the Regional Executive Board in October 2012, is a strategic instrument for planning the relaunch and the development of employment in Campania.

The main objectives of the Plan are defined through three different types of interventions:

• Training in firms, employment and growth of social capital (Labour Market Policy);
• Quality and innovation for employment;
• Institutional Governance.

Within these three lines, the operational objectives are mainly destined to the disadvantaged targets of the regional labour market (youth, women and long-term unemployed), as well as to first solutions of problems that are essential, for importance and urgency, to overcome the crisis, for the functioning and enlargement of the labour market, for the valorisation of the human capital.

The achievement of these objectives will be accomplished in different moments, using instruments that will have effects in the short and medium period, combining together in a system that finds in the education-training-employment path the essence of the active policies of employment of Regione Campania.
