Authorisation for disposal and recovery of hazardous and non-hazardous waste and checking compliance with the plant authorisations. Participation in the issuing procedures for authorisations, together with other concerned authorities. Management of procedures to transfer waste abroad. Regional Observatory for Waste (O.R.R).
