Responsibilities: Verification of implementation of regional policies and Government programme, in coordination with the office for “transparency and performance enhancement”, the “Management Control” and the Directorates General. Checking consistency of the Memoranda of Understanding with regional policies and Government programme. Framework agreements and other agreements, or institutional understandings, in coordination with the Managers and Managers of the other offices of the Cabinet, ratione materiae. In coordination with the legislative Office and the other offices of the Cabinet, monitoring to implement and verify the duties provided, concerning sanction and awarding proceedings established by the current organization, laws, and national and regional regulations, and by the general acts endorsed by the Regional Executive Board, as well as the study of their impact on the institutional, social and economic context. Periodical drafting of a report about the studies carried out, reporting the implementation stage of the Programme, the achievements and the most relevant problems found in order to solve them.
