Responsibilities: Planning and implementation of the system of work services. Regulation of the regional labour market. Determination of the Basic Levels of Performances (LEP) and service quality standards. Determination of requirements for the regional accreditation for employment services and brokerage, research and selection of human resources activities and support for professional re-training; implementation and management of the employment regional information system (SIRL). Integration of local information systems, of the job portal and professional training. Promotion of functional integration of regional Vocational Guidance Centres (C.O.P.), of Vocational training centres (CFPR) and of Job Centres. Testing of outplacement guidance and advisory patterns.
