The Civil Protection Agency of Regione Campania, led by Regional Minister Edoardo Cosenza, reports that starting from the late afternoon a worsening of weather conditions will occur, with scattered and continuous rainfalls and thunderstorm that will affect the whole territory.

This is why the functional centre issued a new warning for bad weather conditions and for hydrogeological and flood-related events, as well as for southern gale that will affect waves, with possible sea storms along the coasts. The relevant technical structures such as the Regional Agency for Soil Conservation (Arcadis) and the operations Room have been warned for any possible need.

The Civil Protection Agency recommends all necessary actions are taken to protect the territory, especially in the areas that are the most endangered for rain, wind and sea storm related events.
