Responsibilities: Management of the procedures following the meetings of the Executive Board concerning the implementation of resolutions. Monitoring of the progress of resolutions approved with amendments and compliance control. Activities related to the resolutions endorsed in compliance with the regulation of the Executive Board functioning. Drafting and collection of verbatim reports of the Executive Board and of reports. Relations with the regional offices to implement the Executive Board resolutions by monitoring and controlling the endorsement of the resulting management acts.
