Responsibilities: Ensuring technical support for the Head of the Legislative Office concerning the relations between the Presidency of the Regional Executive Board and the Regional Council. Technical support for the President and the Regional Ministers in the follow up of provisions drafted upon the initiative of the Regional Executive Board. Monitoring the provisions upon non-governmental initiative whose assessment falls under the responsibility of the Regional Council. Ensuring support for the Cabinet, as for the regulatory and legal aspects and the monitoring activities, only.
