Responsibilities: Study activities and technical support for bill and regulation drafting upon the initiative of the Regional Executive Board. Drafting of preliminary opinions about regulations under the responsibility of the Regional Executive Board. Ensuring quality for regulations through the support and the coordination of departments and directorates general in the drafting of feasibility and impact studies of the laws introduced, and through the simplification of rules. Supporting activities during the technical meetings prior to the Regional Executive Board sessions, when applicable. Ensuring support for the Cabinet in the relations with the national Administrations as for the regulatory and legal aspects.
