Responsibilities: Planning of basic levels of local public maritime transport services. Management of services agreements. Authorisation of maritime residual services, occasional mooring and charter services. Relations with the Port Authorities. Regulation and management of port maritime regional property and moorings under the regional responsibility; activities related to cleaning, lighting, and scheduled and un-scheduled maintenance of port areas and bodies of water. Concessions and authorisations of the port maritime regional property, supervising abuses and imposing sanctions.
