Responsibilities: Planning, coordination, management and control of Regional Public Works. Expropriations and provincial committees for expropriations. Multi-annual and special contributions to local authorities for works and public works. Planning and management of regional funds concerning parking areas and religious buildings; providing funds for removal of architectural barriers. Implementation and monitoring of action plans for regional public works; completion of the ex AGENSUD actions and activities financed by FIO (Funds for Investments and Employment) funds. Drafting of the three-year programme and of the annual list of regional public actions; drafting of standard calls; regional rules for works, services and supplies. Monitoring of public procurements through the management of the regional Observatory on Public Procurements – management of the IT System for Regional Public Procurements (SITAR). Advisory services for awarding authorities concerning public procurements. Drafting of the regional price list for public works and list of economic operators for the entrustment of works below threshold. Support for the technical Committee for Public Procurements, for the regional project financial Unit, the operational unit for safety control on work sites. Management of the regional technical archive and the regional list of testers.
