Responsibilities: Supervising and monitoring acts concerning personnel of Local Health Units; determination of training needs of the Regional Healthcare System; requirements of the regional collective agreements for the Regional Healthcare System personnel, and Doctors and specialists under contract with the healthcare service; supervising the appropriate management of corporate contract funds of the National Labour Collective Agreements for employees; management of the Regional Healthcare Service personnel; monitoring of the economic impact of regional and national guidelines as for decentralised collective bargaining of HR of the Regional Healthcare Service and agreements of authorities of the Regional Healthcare Service; preliminary activities related to the appointment of General Directors, contract establishment; preparation of assessment and verification procedures of General Director.
