Responsibilities: Environmental Impact Assessment; Environmental Effects Assessment. Strategic Environmental Assessment. Environmental Authority. Checks on environmental compliance in all actions financed by regional, national and European Funds. Support for the relevant structures responsible for the drafting of planning papers and the subsequent implementation acts, as well as over the whole implementation, monitoring and assessment stage of plans. Cooperation with the planning and managing Authorities of plans or programmes co-funded by EU Funds in the implementation of Directive 2001/42/CE (related to the Strategic Environmental Assessment). Drafting of documents about the environmental situation in Campania.
