Responsibilities: Planning; management of procedures concerning the authorisation of acoustics technicians; checks and implementation of acoustics actions by concerned parties. Monitoring and acoustic zoning of urban areas. Assessment of the air quality. Monitoring and action plans for the air quality enhancement (implementation and checks). Planning, monitoring and control of electromagnetic and ionising radiations. Monitoring of environmental criticalities related to human health in cooperation with the Directorate General, protection of health and coordination of the regional healthcare service.
