Responsibilities: Planning and management of regulation and authorisation schemes concerning: localisation of plants and production networks, transformation, transport and distribution of energy. Exploitation of low, medium and high enthalpy geothermal energy; hydrocarbons. Expropriations under the office’s responsibility. Promotion and use of renewable sources. Energy certification of buildings. Support for the drafting of the Regional Energy Plan. Distribution of fuels and mineral oils, including the mineral oil processing and storage plants, and the LPG filling, transfer and storage plants.
